IT’S MY FAVOURITE TIME OF YEAR!

Sorry, got a bit excited there ☝️ Ask me which season I love the most and I will say autumn, every time. The colours, crisp mornings, scarves, jumpers, boots and cosy evenings in. It sounds clichéd but autumn really is my favourite time of year, someone pass me a hot chocolate!

Over the next few blogs I’ll share with you by my favourite beauty and skincare products for autumn. From bronze eyes to berry lips, what more could you want!

Autumn lip products

It’s a well know fact that autumn means berry/brown lip shades. I have chosen my few favourite autumn lip shades. I have always been a bit nervous to wear dark lips as I’m so pale but I’m determined to experiment with some bolder make up this season, watch this space!

Rimmel Lasting Finish By Kate Nude Collection

I have a few shades of this nude collection and for autumn I love the shade 48. Its a dark brown shade that is perfect for that everyday, autumn look. This lipstick isn’t too long lasting (despite its name) and you’ll have to reapply throughout the day, but it’s worth it for the colour payoff.

Sleek Matte Me

This is a new liquid lipstick in my collection, I bought it earlier this year but haven’t worn it yet. Now that autumn is here it will be making regular appearances in my makeup looks. It’s a dark berry pink sort of colour (great description there), and it is just beautiful. For me, possibly a little too dramatic for an everyday look but for an evening out or weekend it is perfect!

Nyx Liquid Suede

I have two of these cream lipsticks from this collection, Sandstorm and Soft Spoken. They are so pigmented and long-lasting and are my current favourite lip products! Perfect for summer and autumn and probably all year round, day or night. Yeah, I love them.
